A Letter to Israel for Solo Clarinet

A young clarinetist, Adam in Israel, wrote a message to me.
It was written in poor English, but I felt something passionate from it.
So, I wrote a letter with black dots on five lines.
He struggled to understand the meaning and finally made it.

The Moon from Tokyo to New York -Clarinet and Piano

2014/1/19 石森楽器店ホール トーマス・ピアシー氏世界初演。トナダ・プロダクションが主宰する若手作曲家発掘プロジェクト「Tokyo to New York 2014」に選出されたクラリネットとピアノの為の小品。動画は2014年ニューヨークのニコラス・ローレック・ミュージアムでのリハーサルの模様。

On the way home, I see the moon in the valley of the building. Where am I going to ? What is the point of my life ? The moon says nothing.
